東京洋菓子倶楽部が破産申請へ

日本橋浜町に店舗を構える創業35年の名店として知られ、独特の形状をしたオリジナルのモンブランが有名だった東京洋菓子倶楽部が、12月4日付けで事業を停止し、東京地裁への破産手続きを大宅達郎弁護士ほか１名に一任。

ケーキ、焼き菓子などの洋菓子店「東京洋菓子倶楽部」を経営しており、一般顧客への販売のほか、店内の喫茶事業や通信販売も展開していたのですが、新型コロナ感染拡大以降、喫茶スペースの休業を余儀なくされるなど営業制限を受けており、さらに原材料の価格高騰などで事業環境が悪化するなか、営業継続を断念し今回の措置となったようです。
